SHRM MENA Annual Conference and Expo Empowers HR and Employees
TROY, MICHIGAN, [October 1, 2022] – International Strategic Management Inc., (ISM) Founder and CEO Faris Alami spoke at the annual SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) MENA Conference and Expo on September 28-29, 2022 in Dubai. The focus of the conference was “Cause the Effect,” hoping to focus on tackling today’s workplace and its most difficult challenges with the leaders in business and HR.
Faris spoke on the importance of entrepreneurship in underserved communities and how to best prepare these communities to create an entrepreneurial environment.“I’ve been fortunate to work in the economic development space supporting such activities,” Faris says. “What we need to do next is figure out how we can take these diverse systems and integrate them into one.”
The two-day conference brought together over 60 global and regional speakers with over 30 sessions on all things HR, technology, and employee development. SHRM highlights the importance of HR’s role in driving business forward and how meeting the needs of the ever-changing workforce is crucial to surviving the rapidly changing global economy.
