PressOffice is a press release distribution platform that aims to make your life simpler by curating the media list for your release. Our media database includes journalists and editors from top tier media publications and is updated constantly.

Have you ever reviewed an email over and over again, only to notice a typo after you click send? Our team of editors reviews every release for spelling, grammar, and readability before it is sent to the media. This is to ensure that your release will always be noticed and not discarded as spam. Don’t worry - we won’t make any changes without your knowledge and approval!

Yes, you can add your PR agency as an editor of your PressOffice team. On your Dashboard, go to Manage Team to add your team members.

Each account requires a unique domain to register to avoid duplicate company accounts. We recommend that your client first register an account with PressOffice and add you as an editor, which gives you access to complete the company profile and draft press releases.

No, Press Office will only review your release for spelling, grammar, and readability. However, if you need help drafting a catchy press release, our team will be happy to help with crafting a message and selecting the right media for distribution. Packages start at $99 per press release. Get in touch with us to tell us more about how we can help you.

We recommend that you include your company’s Media Contacts on both your company profile page and press releases. PressOffice does not facilitate media inquiries on your behalf.

Yes, you can customize your company profile page with your logo, cover photo, and company colours. From the Dashboard, go to Settings > Company Settings.

PressOffice is designed to operate as your company’s media center. You can link your PressOffice company page to your main website, but at the moment, we are not able to support domain name integration.
